- ဘွဲ့ရ (သို့မဟုတ်) ပညာအရည်အချင်းအထက်တန်းအဆင့်ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်း အတွေ့အကြုံ (၃)နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
- လိုင်စင်အနက် ကိုင်ဆောင်ထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Auto / Manual နှစ်ခုလုံး မောင်းနှင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ယာဉ်စည်းကမ်း၊လမ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို ကောင်းစွာသိရှိ၊ နားလည်ရမည်။
- ရန်ကုန်မြိုတွင်းကျွမ်းကျင်စွာမောင်းနှင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အရက်သေစာ၊ အသောက်အစားကင်းရှင်းသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ကမာရွတ်မြို့နယ် နှင့် နီးစပ်ရာတွင် နေထိုင်သူများ သာလျှောက်ထားရန်။
