Job Requirements
- Any graduated (Engineering background is preferred).
- At least 2 years experiences in related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Must have proficiency in all four English skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure. Must have teamwork skills and support the team.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Must follow ISO 9001 requirements
Job Descriptions
- Answer customer calls in a timely manner and support the service engineer team. Follow up on service contracts, handle customer inquiries, and provide immediate responses.
- Responsible for analyzer and spare part inventory control.
- Handle service contracts and Preventive Maintenance Schedule Plan.
- Prepare and arrange spare part orders for all products. Maintain and update the service income and expense database properly.
- Manage all service department documentation to ensure ISO documentation is updated.
- Perform duties as assigned by the Manager or CTM.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM
Holidays: Saturday(half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
