Job Requirements

Any Graduated.
Must have at least (1) year of customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Empathetic, patient, and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Job Description

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and message promptly and professionally.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently; escalate complex problems to management when necessary.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Record customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records in our database.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products and services as appropriate.
Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain quality standards.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers, attendees and client at all times.
Need to join shooting and event management if there is necessary.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: one day per week
