Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Proven(2)years sales experience, preferably in the education sector or related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Myanmar.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Positive personality with a willingness to learn.

Job Descriptions

• Create and execute sales plans to promote and market education services offered by Device Consulting Group.
• Identify and target potential clients, including schools, educational institutions, and corporate training programs.
• Establish and nurture client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and presentations to understand their needs.
• Showcase and illustrate education services to clients, emphasizing their unique features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Engage in negotiations to finalize contracts, agreements, and pricing terms with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and meeting sales objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to gather market insights, develop promotional materials, and enhance education services based on client feedback.
• Provide ongoing support post-sales, including resolving issues, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction with the services provided.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to education services, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate sales records, client interactions, and sales pipeline.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
