JOB Description
• Manage the accounts receivable function of the company, including invoicing, debts collections, cash application and manage AR team.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer invoices and payments.
• Monitor customer accounts for due balances and follow up with customers to ensure prompt payment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams/Shipping Lines to resolve customer payment issues and disputes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports related to accounts receivable.
• Provide support for month-end accounts closing.
• Check Revenue Reconciliation against with operations data.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors.
• Manage the Commercial Tax Payment and Return.
• Quarterly Report to Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC).
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies and local laws and regulations.
• Completion’s submission of statistical requirements for “Trend of operation”
• Posts detail of business transactions in the general and operation ledgers
• Performs the reconciliation of Bank statements, Company accounts and Owners’ accounts
• Prepare the Monthly analysis of accounts, Schedules for profit budget, Yearly Consolidated Report, Yearly Management Report and Tax Report
• Verifies documents evidencing disbursement of funds as to authenticity & adequacy of Petty Cash Vouchers, Payment/check Vouchers, Cash Advance Vouchers, Receipt Vouchers
• Check any discrepancy of the profit and loss
• Proposes an effective duty to ensure sufficiency of manpower in accordance with volume of business
• Communicates effectively with customers, subordinates, immediate supervisors and other section heads
• Checks and improves all service standards established by the company
• Supervises staff activities to maximize revenue and minimize costs
• Evaluates objectively the performance or Accounting Agents and other related staff
• Motivates employees to grow within the company and to be better managing
• Reports to Chief Finance Officer
• Interacts with clients, guest, government officials, supplies, and other important individuals in Group
• Final Tax Return, Commercial Tax, Withholding Tax
• Connecting with Large Taxpayer Office regarding with Tax Instruction and Law
• Draw Budget Planning for company
Qualification
• Holding B. Com or CPA or ACCA (Part 3) is preferable.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field (Preferable in Foreign Company)
• Must have Intermediate level in English Language
• Must be detail oriented and have Good Personality, Good Communication skill
• Salary is 15Lks to 20 Lks depending on experience
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
