Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any subject and finance LCCI Level-3, ACCA Part -2 (or)CPA.
- Thorough understanding of financial statements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and communication skills are also required.
- Welcome at least Five-year experience in Chief accounting and finance is preferable
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to function in a multicultural
environment, working under pressure and tight deadlines.
Job Description
- Reviewing financial statements and reporting on any errors or anomalies in accounting figures.
- Preparing financial statements for external reporting purposes such as tax returns, regulatory filings, and stock offerings.
- Monitoring cash flow to ensure that bills are paid on time and that there is enough money available to cover upcoming expenses.
- Preparing reports on company performance including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
- Reviewing financial records, contracts, and other documentation to determine accuracy and
- Participate in Month end/year end processes including the preparation of journals and validation of balance sheet accounts and production of monthly financial statement.
- To supervise daily accounting operations Plan and optimize the local Cash Flow, tracking.
- Review and reconcile all balance sheet accounts in general ledger to determine the accuracy of the accounts.
- Planning and implementing discussing issues with local consultants and Tax Authorities
Responsible. - Monitor billing, Timely, and accurate calculation and billing.
- Maintain monthly fixed assets and prepare depreciation schedules and register of new assets.
- Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts including bank statements, assets, and liabilities.
- Prepare and file monthly purchase tax and sales and use tax returns.
- Deal with Singapore Regional Account Manager for the approval of Fund for payable suppliers and payables.
- Handle to the Customer and supplier for healthy cash flow.
Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holiday : Sunday and Public Holidays.
