Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, ACCA Part (II) or CPA is preferable
- Minimum 3 years & above working experience with CA position
- Fluent English skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient with Accounting Software, Microsoft Advance Excel, Microsoft Word, Email &
Internet - Have experience in budget, planning, forecasting
- Coordination and collaboration with related department
- Strong Presentation, Good communication, Cooperation, negotiation, problem solving
and teamwork skill - Good coaching skill to related team members
- Work well under high pressure and strict deadlines
Job Description
- Lead and control accounting process
- Set up the effective accounting system and policies
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee the preparation and filing of tax
returns - Stay update on changes in financial regulations, legislations and tax calculation
- Cooperation with external audit team and support for audit
- Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly budget plan
- Prepare monthly financial report on time related to budgets, account payables, account
receivables, receivables expense and handle full set of accounts function - Report directly to Director
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statement
- Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations
- Able to finish the reports & tasks are assigned by BOD or management within deadline is negotiation
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half) , Sunday and Public Holidays
