Job Descriptions

  • Scheduling meetings and appointments and overall management
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Make travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives

 

Requirement

  • Any graduate, prefer accounting background
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be able to travel

 

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Holidays:  Sunday & Public Holidays
