Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Must know accounting software.
  • Must have computer skills (Microsoft word , advance excel, email and internet)
  • Minimum 3year’s experience in the accounting field or preferab ly of the insurance field.
  • Ability to learn and to work under pressure.
  • Superior teamwork skills and effective communication skills.

Job Descriptions

  • To make sure Cashier’s Daily Cash Balance must tally with Daily Cash Book Ledger
  • To prepare Daily Cash Balance and maintain up to date Bank Balance.
  • To Check and Click in ACE System for Premium Income Invoice, Receipt
  • To prepare & print out receipt voucher
  • To Inform Receipt Voucher Copy to relevant Dept and attached to Finance Doc.
  • To prepare summary income & expenses
  • To prepare area sales point daily income register via email.
  • To prepare detail bank transfer List once a week and way to bank transfer weekly.
  • To prepare monthly payable report and sales point report
  • To Inform payment transfer bank slip copy to relevant Dept via by viber.
  • To carry out any other work as assigned by superiors.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
