Responsibilities

Support Call Center Team Leader to explore data resources in order to get leads.
Call leads and potential customers and follow scripts in order to get appointments.
Updates CRM based on results of calls.
Responsible to get individual targets (daily calls and appointments).

Job Requirements

Must have a degree from any university.
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office.
Knowledge of customer service and sales principles and practices.
Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
Proficient in relevant computer applications, good data entry and typing skills (both English & Myanmar).
At least 1 years of working experience in contact center is required for this position.
Insurance & Finance, Telecom experience is an advantage.

Working Hours: 9:00AM ~ 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
