Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certifi-cation is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the telecom or IT sectors, particularly related to government contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market opportunities and financial viability.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Familiarity with contract management processes and legal compliance in tendering.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent language 4 skills in English.

Job Description

  • Supervise and analyze new business development opportunities that align with the company’s strategies and policies.
  • Manage product desirability, technical feasibility, and financial viability by conducting thorough market analyses.
  • Manage sustainable goals for the company through detailed research and evaluation of potential projects.
  • Conduct regularly analysis proposal to management and discuss.
  • Supervise and perform proposals for tenders and potential projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and financial targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights for proposal prepa-ration.
  • Manage and ensure that all proposals are compliant with government regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of supply chain management, project finance, project implementation, and the legal framework related to tax and investment processes.
  • Manage updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact busi-ness development efforts.
  • Review and prepare contract agreements with suppliers to ensure effective business operations while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Negotiate terms of contracts to ensure favorable conditions for the company.
  • Supervise and set appointments and meetings to foster strong business relationships with potential cli-ents, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the tendering process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Manage presentations, reports, and project proposals to communicate business development strategies effectively.
  • Manage project costs to ensure profitability and alignment with financial objectives.
  • Supervise accurate records of all business development activities, including proposals submitted, con-tracts signed, and client interactions.
  • Conduct monthly activities report to General Manager and Management.
  • Supervise documents and apply for import/export licenses as needed for project materials or equipment.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to align shipment processes with project timelines.
  • Analyze project costs to ensure profitability and alignment with financial objectives.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays : Saturday(alternate) , Sunday & Public Holidays
