Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with marketing goals to drive company growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships to expand the company’s footprint.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure that business development strategies reflect and enhance the company’s marketing objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives between business development and marketing to ensure that brand messages are consistently communicated across all channels.
  • Lead market research efforts to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform both business development and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze data to identify new market segments and business opportunities that align with company growth objectives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to ensure that marketing strategies are positioned to outperform competitors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, potential clients, and partners to drive new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances that align with both marketing and business development goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a business development team to achieve shared goals.

 Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, with a significant focus on marketing-driven growth strategies.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within business development, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing.
  • Experience in creating and managing partnerships and alliances.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to develop and execute integrated business development and marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management and team leadership skills.

 Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
