Job Requirements

Any Graduate
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in sales management
Excellent knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and market penetration techniques.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle complex challenges with a solution-oriented approach
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, customers, and partners

Job Descriptions

Set up and develop the EHS policies and programs in the organization
Support overseeing and managing various aspects of a company’s sales operations to ensure both short-term and long-term efficiency, productivity, and compliance
Streamline and maintain business processes, documents, workflows, and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure business standards
Collect, analyze, monitor, and report 3PL sales-related data to improve process effectiveness and efficiency
Work closely with different departments, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of sales operational activities
Foster collaboration and communication among teams to achieve common company goals
Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in sales operations management
Perform other related duties required of the Sales Operations
Preparing and calculating for customer’s tender process

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays.
