Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or certification in B2B marketing, sales, or automotive industry (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the lubricants, engine oil, automotive, or industrial sector.
  • Proven track record in business development and relationship management with corporate clients.
  • Experience in digital marketing, branding, and trade show management.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to market changes.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    Strong ability to develop and execute B2B marketing plans.
    Knowledge of market segmentation, customer profiling, and product positioning.
  • Business Development & Sales Support:
    Experience in identifying, engaging, and converting B2B leads into long-term business relationships.
    Ability to work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
    Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor strategies.
    Ability to identify gaps and opportunities in the lubricant/engine oil market.
  • Branding & Digital Marketing:
    Proficiency in digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, CRM systems, email marketing).
    Knowledge of content marketing and social media strategies for B2B engagement.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and marketing materials.
    Ability to negotiate and influence decision-makers in a B2B setting.
  • Project & Budget Management:
    Ability to manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI.
    Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns within budget constraints.
  • Technical Knowledge ( Highly Preferred***):
    Understanding of lubricants, engine oils, and their applications in various industries.
    Familiarity with technical specifications and certifications (API, SAE, OEM approvals).

Job Description

  • Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning:
    Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
    Position the company’s engine oil products effectively in the market, ensuring a competitive edge.
    Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Business Development & Lead Generation:
    Identify and engage potential B2B clients such as fleet operators, major companies, industrial users, and dealerships.
    Develop marketing campaigns to attract and convert business clients.
    Utilize digital marketing, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads and partnerships.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
    Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
    Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and develop targeted marketing plans.
    Provide insights and recommendations for product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers and partners.
    Develop tailored marketing initiatives to support distributors and business partners.
    Organize corporate events, product training, and networking opportunities to engage with clients.
  • Marketing Campaigns & Promotions:
    Design and execute marketing campaigns targeting B2B customers.
    Develop promotional materials, case studies, and technical brochures to support sales efforts.
    Manage advertising and sponsorship activities in industry-relevant platforms.
  • Digital Marketing & Content Strategy:
    Leverage digital platforms, including LinkedIn, email marketing, and B2B portals, to promote products.
    Develop content strategies, including blogs, videos, and whitepapers, to educate and engage B2B audiences.
    Monitor digital performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
    Assist in digital marketing, and ATL marketing such as billboards and TVCs.
  • Budget & ROI Management:
    Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
    Track campaign performance and measure return on investment (ROI).
    Present reports and data-driven insights to senior management.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
    Work closely with sales, business development, and warehouse teams to align marketing strategies and distribution tactics with business goals.
    Provide feedback to product development based on market demand and customer feedback.
    Ensure marketing and branding consistency across all touchpoints.
