Job Requirements

Degree in Life Sciences or Science (MBBS/BDS/B. Pharm/ B.Sc) with
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Supervisor / ASM.
Self-motivated and self-starter individual with good communication skills in English & Myanmar Lan-guages.
Demonstrate good managerial skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in MS Office.

Job Responsibilities

Implement marketing plans in the assigned territories through a team of Medical Representatives and achieve predetermined business objectives.
Effectively supervise the team of Medical representatives and ensure sales process implementations align with the agreed plans.
Manage Relationships with Key Opinion Leaders / Healthcare Professionals.
Carry out effective joint field work with team members, and provide on-the-job training to Medical Repre-sentatives with a focus on people and territory development.
Effectively coach each team member and ensure their personal development.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
