Job Description
• Lead and manage a team of service technicians from Generator and M&E Services, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain service schedules, ensuring timely and efficient completion of service tasks.
• Ensure all service work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
• Manage parts and equipment inventory, ensuring availability for service tasks.
• Prepare and present service reports to senior management.
• Develop and manage the service department budget, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
• Provide technical support and expertise to the service team and customers.

Job Requirements
• Any graduated and prefers with bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics service, with at least 2 years in managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in-service management software and tools.
• Good in English 4 skills and Microsoft Office 365

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
