Job Requirements
  • Any graduate and must have HR related Diploma (or)certificate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet and email
  • At Least 3years experience in HR & Admin Field
  • Have flexible and an positive attitude and team work
  • Good communication skills & interpersonal skills
Job Description
  • Assist with day to day operations of the Admin / HR functions and duties
  • Provide orientation for new employees by sharing onboarding and explaining company policies
  • Assist in vacancy announcements and personal interview process
  • Assist in Orientation and induction training require process
  • Maintain Employee’s Profile Document and other admin Document
  • Assist necessary to help staff Birthday, Welcome and Farewell and other activities
  • Prepare and assist HR process according to Company Policy
  • Processing Office Letter, Uniform, Stationary, SSB and Income Tax process
  • Assist ordering for Stationary, Uniform, Visiting Card, Catalog and Calendar etc.
  • Report all of the issue to HR & Admin Manager
  • Perform HR & Admin related duties as assigned by Management
Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holiday : Sunday and Public Holidays.
