Admin Management

  • Building Management.
  • Enquiry and search for appropriate location and rental fees for respective company.
  • Analyze and report to Concerned GMs and get approval.
  • Rental process – contract (fees, Facility etc., payment terms. etc.), give information to A/C department and arrange payment.
  • Renovation of the office area according to the instructions of respective GMs/Management and recording of all expenses.
  • Proper office maintenance- light bulbs, cleaning, fire preventions (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Annually).

 

HR Management

  • Recruiting and selecting the require staff for the company under guidance of GMs.
  • Orientation and giving on the job training to new the staff during the probation period under the supervision of HODs.
  • Signing the employer and employee agreement with both probation and permanent staff as per government rules and regulations and preparing up- to – date Organization for the Company.
  • Collecting and keeping CVs with HR software and monitoring the status and progress of each and every staff.
  • Training and Capacity Building for old and new staff under guidance of Management.
  • Managing rewards and recognitions with performance appraisal to the staff.
  • Analyzing and reviewing of the staff on behalf of Company with various aspect and report back to GMs.
  • Involving in SSB matters.
  • Involving in Tax matters.
  • Involving in Life insurance matters.
  • Trip and Traveling Management for each staff as well as for the Company
  • Managing resignation process with exit interviews report back to GMs.
  • Circulating and issuing the announcements concerning with staff internally and other SBUs.
  • Assisting to the staff in case of health and security matters personally and directly on behalf of Management.
  • Involving personal affairs and other difficulties of the staff and report back to Management to sort it out personal problems with diplomatic ways and as a middleman.
  • To give proper assignment to Administration department staffs (cleaner/driver/reception/security etc.) and appraised performance and take actions as necessary(rewards/recognition).
  • To assist other department HODs in hand-over process of resigned employee with new recruits.

 

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree. Preferable in any Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR operations and administration in Myanmar.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.

 

 

Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Holidays:  Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
