Job Requirements
- Any graduated.
- Communication skill with English Language.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role, typically ranging from 1 year.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- 2 years experience in related field
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update office supply inventories.
- Prepare and distribute reports and documents.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and Keep track of registration and renewal dates for each vehicle.
- Handle the processes for Visa and stay for Foreigners.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by HOC
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefit: Ferry will be provided
