Job Descriptions
- Entries and checks the day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining general ledger accounts, account receivable, account payable and other accounts balances.
- Checking reconciliation of banking transactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reports, preparation of profit or loss , budgeting and actual comparison reports.
- Assisting the annual audit process (external audit) and ensuring support with audit requirements.
- Preparing and file any tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Performing and reporting other duties to be assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- B.Com or DA or Other similar accounting degrees
- Must know accounting software.
- Must have computer skills (Microsoft word, advance excel, email and internet)
- Minimum 3year’s experience in the accounting field or preferably of the insurance field.
- Ability to learn and to work under pressure.
- Superior teamwork skills and effective communication skills.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
