Job Description and Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day financial activities.
- Manage and control the weekly accounting activities including, AR, AP, Cash movements.
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
- Compile the relevant business documentation used for banking processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and statements.
- Responsible for Tax Payment, Tax Report and Tax Filing. (Quarterly Commercial Tax report and Annual Commercial Tax report, Annual Income Tax report)
- Responsible for the financial planning and management of day-to-day operation
- Review financial procedures, internal controls, business processes and systems to ensure effective controls are in place.
- Manage the full spectrum of all accounting and finance matters including invoicing, receipts, expenditure, cash flow and bank reconciliations with timely and close monitoring.
- Guide, develop and manage people of different levels in the finance team and ensure they are aligned with the company’s objectives and are able to deliver according to performance expectations.
- Prepare and release of accurate monthly financial statements and other related management reports in timely manners.
- Report directly to the Managing Director.
- Other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance/Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications
- At least 5 years experiences in related fields
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software knowledge
- Good knowledge of local accounting and tax requirements
- Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions
- Good command of English language and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and computerized accounting software
- Exceptional organizational skill, communication skills and interpersonal skills, problems solving skill must to able to manage your team well
- Must be work collaboratively with other team to achieve shared goals
Working Hours: 8:30AM ~ 4:30PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
