Job Descriptions

  • To perform financial functions related to the collection, accuracy, recording, analysis and
    presentation of company’s financial operations.
  • To post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Issuing of sale invoices, freight invoices, debit notes and credit notes accordingly.
  • Update receivables account and issue invoices in a timely accurate manner, and follow up on
    payments.
  • Update payables account, and prepare payments by verifying documentation, and
    requesting disbursements.
  • Ensure the customers’ statement of account are updated and reported to the Senior
    Managements.
  • Ensure updated statements of account are sent to respective parties weekly.
  • Ensure that the Petty Cash Register is accurate and updated daily.
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information is accurate and immediately
    available when needed.
  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account
    information.
  • Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statement and other reports.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure annual audit is carried out successfully.
  • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Review, provide input and recommend modifications into department’s processes to
    improve efficiency and contribute to overall company’s synergy.
  • Assist Senior Management whenever needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Related Degreed.
  • LCCI Level 3 Diploma is preferred.
  • Experience at least 3 years work experience is preferred
  • Skills: Microsoft Excel knowledge, Fluent in written English, MeticulousCoordination and Collaboration with related departments.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
