Job Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com/B. Act)/ higher degree In Accounting or Finance.
Honesty, Hardworking and Teamwork.
At least “5” years experiences in accounting and financial Management field.
Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Sage -ERP Accounting Software.
Good communication skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills.
Must be willing to work shifts/flexible to work overtime as often as required.
Knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices and finance principles.
Strong understanding of accounting theory and highly detailed oriented and organized in work.

Job Descriptions

Manage day to day banking functions for fund deposit and cash withdrawals by customer, handling payment procedures of payables and receivables.
Day to day check and entry data relating to the Capital markets using operating software for Customer cash withdrawals, fund deposit, Dividend payment, treasury bond/bill (necessary).
Daily execution report of Buy & Sell brokerage share commission to check commission rate, to record AR and GL.
Check, Verify and Manage Credit Supplier Payment – Cash, Cheque, TT Payment as per Invoices, PO.
Monthly preparation of GL schedules (Accrued Expense, Prepaid, WT to IRD, Input CT, PPE) and maintain Fixed Asset registered.
Dealing with external audit to support requested documents and necessary information.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
