Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Accounting or Business Administration with LCCI-II or III.
- Must have 2 years working experience in logistic field.
- Able to use SAP system.
- Able to use advance excel, Email, and internet.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Personality: Honest, hardworking, and able to work under pressure and timeline.
Job Descriptions
- Support the implementation of accounts receivable processes and internal controls to ensure governance over the Accounts receivable function.
- Record all accounts receivable and cash receive transactions to ensure timely and accurate monthly and yearly accounts receivable closing.
- Prepare creditors aging and reconcile receive against invoices/bank records/aging.
- Gather and compile information needed for the preparation of the monthly accounts receivable, and cash receive status reports.
- Maintain database containing vendors’ details (payment terms, bank account details, etc.) for payment processing reference. Update payment terms and other agreements with external vendors.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that streamline existing accounts receivable. processes and improve efficiencies through a better utilization of automated systems
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Responsible for reporting account receivable in weekly / monthly/ quarterly / yearly.
- Report to the Chief Accountant.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
